As result of years of experience in compressed air field, Sicomat is based on a line of calibrated aluminium pipes treated on the surface constituted by a range from diameter 20 mm up to 63 mm. The junction is made with nylon fittings with high resistance to shock and pressure.
All these specification allows Sicomat pass several product tests from certification institute TUV because are tested 4 times normal working pressure (PN12.5). Moreover, during these tests Sicomat line demonstrates an excellent resistance to stress generated by changes of pressures caused to water hammer and perfect duration in salty fog.
Than thanks to exteriors covering Sicomat grant low friction to air passage and short installation time thanks to coloration of lines depending on normative asked for fluids identifications (avoiding subsequent pipes painting). Finally, Sicomat line is compatible with all other SICOMAT products constituting the base of a complete, flexible and functional system for all needs concerning fluids distributions for normal industrial use!
